Welcome to SASAK GROUP Cyber Cafe. By using our computers, internet services, printing, scanning, or online service assistance, you agree to comply with the following rules and conditions.

SASAK GROUP Cyber Cafe की सेवाओं का उपयोग करने पर आप नीचे दिए गए सभी नियमों और शर्तों का पालन करने के लिए सहमत माने जाएंगे।

  1. Compliance with Indian Law / भारतीय कानून का पालन
    All users must comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable laws of India. Illegal activities such as hacking, cyber fraud, identity theft, online scams, or accessing prohibited content are strictly prohibited.
    सभी उपयोगकर्ताओं को भारत के Information Technology Act, 2000 तथा अन्य लागू कानूनों का पालन करना अनिवार्य है। हैकिंग, साइबर धोखाधड़ी, पहचान की चोरी, ऑनलाइन ठगी या प्रतिबंधित सामग्री देखना सख्त मना है।
  2. User Identification / पहचान सत्यापन
    Customers may be required to provide valid government-issued identification such as Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Voter ID if requested by the management.
    ग्राहकों से आवश्यकता पड़ने पर वैध सरकारी पहचान पत्र जैसे आधार कार्ड, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस या वोटर आईडी मांगा जा सकता है।
  3. Acceptable Use Policy / सेवा उपयोग नियम
    Cyber cafe services must not be used for any illegal or harmful activities including:
    • Hacking or unauthorized system access
    • Online fraud or scams
    • Downloading or sharing pirated content
    • Accessing illegal or restricted websites
    साइबर कैफे सेवाओं का उपयोग निम्न कार्यों के लिए नहीं किया जाएगा:
    • हैकिंग या अनधिकृत सिस्टम एक्सेस
    • ऑनलाइन धोखाधड़ी या ठगी
    • पायरेटेड सामग्री डाउनलोड या साझा करना
    • अवैध या प्रतिबंधित वेबसाइट देखना
  4. Client Information Responsibility / ग्राहक की जानकारी की जिम्मेदारी
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for online applications, registrations, or form submissions. SASAK GROUP will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
    ऑनलाइन आवेदन, रजिस्ट्रेशन या फॉर्म भरने के लिए सही और पूर्ण जानकारी देना ग्राहक की जिम्मेदारी है। गलत जानकारी के कारण होने वाली त्रुटियों के लिए SASAK GROUP जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
  5. Payment Policy / भुगतान नीति
    All services must be paid in advance before work begins. Payments once made are generally non-refundable unless the service cannot be completed due to internal reasons.
    सभी सेवाओं के लिए कार्य शुरू होने से पहले भुगतान करना अनिवार्य है। एक बार किया गया भुगतान सामान्यतः वापस नहीं किया जाएगा, जब तक कि सेवा हमारी तरफ से पूरी न हो सके।
  6. Changes in Service / सेवा में परिवर्तन
    If any modification or additional work is requested after the service has been processed or completed, additional charges may apply.
    यदि सेवा पूरी होने या प्रक्रिया शुरू होने के बाद किसी प्रकार का परिवर्तन या अतिरिक्त कार्य मांगा जाता है, तो अतिरिक्त शुल्क लिया जा सकता है।
  7. Equipment Responsibility / उपकरण की जिम्मेदारी
    Customers must handle all computers, printers, scanners, and other equipment carefully. Any intentional damage to equipment may result in compensation charges.
    ग्राहकों को सभी कंप्यूटर, प्रिंटर, स्कैनर और अन्य उपकरण सावधानी से उपयोग करने होंगे। जानबूझकर नुकसान पहुंचाने पर क्षतिपूर्ति शुल्क लिया जा सकता है।
  8. Data Privacy and Account Security / डेटा सुरक्षा और खाता सुरक्षा
    Users must log out of all personal accounts such as email, banking, social media, and government portals before leaving the system. SASAK GROUP will not be responsible for any misuse if the user fails to log out properly.
    उपयोगकर्ताओं को सिस्टम छोड़ने से पहले अपने ईमेल, बैंकिंग, सोशल मीडिया और सरकारी पोर्टल खातों से लॉगआउट करना अनिवार्य है। ऐसा न करने पर किसी भी दुरुपयोग के लिए SASAK GROUP जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
  9. CCTV Surveillance / सीसीटीवी निगरानी
    For safety and security purposes, the cyber cafe premises may be monitored by CCTV cameras.
    सुरक्षा कारणों से साइबर कैफे परिसर में सीसीटीवी कैमरों द्वारा निगरानी की जा सकती है।
  10. Age Restriction / आयु सीमा
    Children or minors may use cyber cafe services only under parental or guardian supervision where required.
    नाबालिग बच्चे आवश्यकता पड़ने पर माता-पिता या अभिभावक की निगरानी में ही सेवाओं का उपयोग कर सकते हैं।
  11. Service Limitation / सेवा सीमा
    SASAK GROUP provides assistance for online services and applications. Approval of government applications or registrations cannot be guaranteed.
    SASAK GROUP केवल ऑनलाइन सेवाओं में सहायता प्रदान करता है। किसी भी सरकारी आवेदन या सेवा की स्वीकृति की गारंटी नहीं दी जा सकती।
  12. Right to Refuse Service / सेवा अस्वीकार करने का अधिकार
    SASAK GROUP reserves the right to refuse service to any person who violates these rules or engages in inappropriate or illegal behavior.
    SASAK GROUP को यह अधिकार है कि नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले या अनुचित व्यवहार करने वाले व्यक्ति को सेवा देने से मना कर सके।

By using the services of SASAK GROUP Cyber Cafe, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
