General Policy / सामान्य नीति

SASAK GROUP Cyber Cafe provides digital and consultancy services such as online form filling, GST services, income tax filing, company registration, printing, scanning and other related services.

SASAK GROUP Cyber Cafe विभिन्न डिजिटल सेवाएं प्रदान करता है जैसे ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरना, GST सेवाएं, आयकर रिटर्न फाइलिंग, कंपनी रजिस्ट्रेशन, प्रिंटिंग और स्कैनिंग।

Payment Terms / भुगतान नियम

All services must be paid in advance before starting the work. The service process begins only after payment confirmation.

सभी सेवाओं के लिए कार्य शुरू होने से पहले भुगतान करना अनिवार्य है। भुगतान की पुष्टि के बाद ही सेवा प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाती है।

Refund Policy / रिफंड नीति

Payments once made are generally non-refundable because most services involve immediate processing or government portal submissions.

एक बार भुगतान हो जाने के बाद सामान्यतः रिफंड नहीं दिया जाता, क्योंकि अधिकांश सेवाएं तुरंत प्रक्रिया में चली जाती हैं या सरकारी पोर्टल पर सबमिट की जाती हैं।

Eligible Refund Cases / रिफंड मिलने की स्थिति

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • If the service cannot be completed due to internal technical issues.
  • If payment is charged twice by mistake.
  • If the requested service cannot be processed by SASAK GROUP.

निम्न परिस्थितियों में रिफंड पर विचार किया जा सकता है:

  • यदि तकनीकी कारणों से सेवा पूरी नहीं हो पाती।
  • यदि गलती से दो बार भुगतान हो जाता है।
  • यदि SASAK GROUP द्वारा सेवा प्रक्रिया संभव नहीं हो।

Non-Refundable Cases / रिफंड नहीं मिलने की स्थिति

  • If incorrect information is provided by the customer.
  • If the government application is rejected by the authority.
  • If the customer cancels the service after processing has started.

निम्न स्थितियों में रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा:

  • यदि ग्राहक द्वारा गलत जानकारी दी गई हो।
  • यदि सरकारी विभाग द्वारा आवेदन अस्वीकृत हो जाए।
  • यदि सेवा प्रक्रिया शुरू होने के बाद ग्राहक सेवा रद्द करे।

Processing Time / रिफंड प्रक्रिया समय

If a refund is approved, it may take 5-7 working days to process.

यदि रिफंड स्वीकृत किया जाता है, तो उसे प्रोसेस होने में 5-7 कार्य दिवस लग सकते हैं।
